  • all prices are in rupiah and include compulsory service charges and government tax – under Indonesian law, we can only accept payment by cash in IDR
  • Credit card payments will incur a 2% surcharge
  • Payment to be made before your service – in the event you are not satisfied with the quality of our therapists during your viewing, you are entitled to a refund
  • Cancellation policy:
  • * Cancel or change appointment more than 2 hours before the appointment – no charge; exception is for couples massage services which require 4 hours
  • * Cancel booking less than 2 hours before the appointment – non-refundable
  • * If the customer arrives more than 10 mins after their appointment, Flame reserve the right to cancel the booking without a refund
  • Flame Spa prohibits sexual intercourse with our therapists
  • Eviction policy – we have the right to evict a customer if their behaviour is disrespectful towards other customers and/or staff, or are intoxicated
  • Prohibited substances and alcohol are not allowed to be brought into our premises
  • Items such as phone, wallet, passport and jewellery to be deposited into a locker in reception – Flame Spa bears no responsibility for lost items in the massage rooms.
  • No smoking in reception or treatment rooms
  • Transport service can be arranged with prior booking for an additional charge – please enquire with our friendly reception team
  • Flame Spa Kuta is about 25 mins from the airport, and Seminyak is around 45 minutes. We have facilities to hold luggage.
  • After your massage service, our friendly reception team can arrange pick-up
  • We have wifi available to guests
  • We have secure parking for both cars and bikes
  • Our pool area can only be utilised for pool session bookings – our spa is the ideal venue to hold stag/bucks pool sessions, birthdays, hen’s pool sessions, and sporting trips. Please enquire with our reception team for more information on packages.
